Indian Boundary Park, Chicago, IL
An absolutely awesome wooden park with a mini-zoo. The kids were absolutely tickled to see that there were goats here, and Izzie went fully into "Snow White" mode, patting her legs and calling out "come here goat!" (I call her Snow White, but I actually think Elmyra would be a more appropriate comparison). Anyway, after fawning over the goats (and, really, what's not to love about an animal that provides companionship, cashmere, and delicious creamy cheese, but I digress...) we headed to the park.
We first came to this park when the twins were about 16 months old. They had just begun walking, and I took some of my very favourite pictures ever of them. It always amazes me to look back and see how much they've grown over the years.
